Step 1
Choose your destination

Click on the Choose Your Holiday link to search the Your Holiday, Your Way properties and destinations in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific Islands.
Each property and package has a description, a guide to facilities offered, and the number of Travel Reward Points required to help you select Your Holiday, Your Way!

Step 2
Your Holiday, Your Way Travel Reward Points required are shown on a per room basis and reflect twin share, single and triple occupancy. You will also see the room type, bedding, number of children allowed to share with two adults and any unavailable dates. Many of the hotels and resorts have higher room categories available. Please ask at the time of placing your booking request. The Travel Reward Points quoted are per night unless otherwise specified.
Keep an eye out for your current specials! Each month we will bring you destination specials to make your Travel Reward Points go even further. Click on the HOT OFFERS link while choosing your holiday, to see what great specials are available to book this month.

Step 3
Making your reservation

A. Make your booking request online by clicking on the Choose Your Holiday search page OR telephone our Travel Consultants on 0800 559 669. Please have all your booking information at hand, such as your Member ID, where you wish to stay, the date of your stay and for how many people. You will also need to specify at this time if there are any special requirements you need such as additional beds, or let us know if you are a honeymooner!

B. Once your booking request has been made, it will be processed within 72 hours and a travel consultant will contact you to inform you of your reservation details. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of placing your request. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive your travel documents by post. Please allow 14 days to receive your domestic accommodation documents and up to 21 days for international documents.
Please note that cancellation and alteration charges apply, so book carefully and refer to the Terms and Conditions prior to making your reservation.
