These Terms and Conditions for the Signature Homes Your Holiday, Your Way Promotion
are correct at the time of print 1 August 2006, however Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards reserve the right to alter them at any time without notice. For the latest and most accurate information visit www.signaturehomes.co.nz

1. GENERAL
The Signature Homes promotion is effective from 1 August 2006 to 31 January 2007. a Signature Homes promotes Your Holiday, Your Way (the “Promotion”) whereby Signature Homes offers reward points (“Travel Reward Points”) to clients who pay a Plan Deposit between
1 August 2006 and 31 January 2007 inclusive on a building contract that becomes unconditional in all respects by 30 April 2007. These Travel Reward points can be redeemed for domestic and international accommodation, holiday packages, rental cars and local tours/sightseeing services (collectively the “Holiday Rewards”), as detailed within the current Your Holiday, Your Way brochure (the “Brochure”) and on the website signaturehomes.co.nz.
b. The Promotion is designed and administered by Leisure Rewards Pty Ltd (“Leisure Rewards”) ABN 89 096 901 718.
c. The details of the Signature Homes promotion as set out in the Brochure are valid for rewards booked within 18 months of signing the unconditional building contract. New properties and prices will be confirmed 1st April 2007.
d. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or other discounted packages.
e. The total amount of Travel Reward Points will be allocated no later than 8 weeks from the signing of an unconditional contract, between 1 August 2006 and 30 April 2007.
f. Travel Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
g. Neither Leisure Rewards nor Signature Homes shall, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any costs, loss, damage (including indirect or consequential) or injury (including personal injury) whatsoever suffered as a result of you accepting and redeeming Travel Reward Points.

2. REDEEMING TRAVEL REWARD POINTS
a. The Brochure and website outline examples of the Travel Reward Points available and are correct at time of going to print. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards reserve the right to make alterations to any detail without notice.
b. Travel Reward Points expire 18 months from the date of the unconditional building contract. Holidays must be confirmed prior to that date. Bookings cannot be accepted after the expiry of the Travel Reward Points.
c. All Holiday Rewards are subject to availability.
d. International destinations are Australia, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
e. Accommodation as set out in the Brochure or website, is quoted at a Travel Reward Points per room rate, on a twin/double, single or triple share basis, in a standard room, on a one-night stay rate, unless otherwise stated. For variances e.g. family room requirements, additional people, etc. there may be an increase, or difference in the number of Travel Reward Points required. Customers must check their specific requirements when making any reservation.
f. International packages, unless otherwise indicated, are quoted in the Brochure on a per room or per couple basis and may include accommodation, hotel transfers and some meals if specified. Airfares are not included in these packages as throughout the year airlines may issue special airfares to each of these destinations. These airfares may be purchased through Leisure Rewards or with your Travel Reward Points. Ask your Leisure Rewards consultant for the latest specials at the time of booking.
g. International package Travel Reward Points are subject to hotel/airline seasonality surcharges, availability, price increases and airline schedules. You must check these items before making any reservation.
h. Travel insurance is not included with any international or domestic travel. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards strongly urge you to seek advice on obtaining insurance. You can discuss this with a Leisure Rewards consultant at the time of making a reservation.
i. Because rates are subject to variation due to seasonal factors, you are requested to check with Leisure Rewards for confirmation of the Signature Homes reward rate applicable at the date and time of your intended travel plans.
j. Transport to and from your local airport, to and from your Holiday Rewards accommodation and/or activities, meals and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise stated in the Brochure, are your responsibility.
k. Accommodation houses, hotels, resorts, activities, tours, vehicle hire, flights and international packages described in the Brochure are based upon information provided by the supplier. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards reserve the right to make alterations to any details at any time without notice and all packages and accommodation are subject to change.
l. You may choose a combination of holidays at different locations throughout the redemption period.
m. Travel Reward Points have no monetary value and therefore cannot be used to part-purchase extra nights. However you may purchase additional nights accommodation with NZ$ from Leisure Rewards at special discounted rates at the time of redeeming your Travel Reward Points.
n. Travel Reward Points are allocated in the name/s of those on the Signature Homes unconditional building contract. However you can book Holiday Rewards on behalf of another guest, using your Travel Rewards Points. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards take no responsibility for Travel Reward Points redeemed fraudulently or where Building Contract signatories are in dispute.
o. Unused Travel Reward Points have no monetary or surrender value, and will expire 18 months from signing a Signature Homes unconditional contract.
p. You are issued with a secret Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) at the time of allocation of Travel Reward Points. It is your responsibility to keep this PIN confidential.
q. You will be required to quote the PIN and your Signature Homes customer number on all correspondence with Leisure Rewards.

3. INTERNATIONAL BOOKINGS
a. Leisure Rewards must receive international booking requests at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the first date of travel to Australia and the South Pacific.
b. You must phone, fax or email Leisure Rewards directly to redeem Your Holiday, Your Way Travel Reward Points and book Holiday Rewards. Full details of the booking procedure can be found at the Signature Homes website.
c. The advertised package does not include insurance, transport to the city of departure, excess baggage charges, room service, telephone calls, spending money, meals, taxes not included in the value of the prize, hotel or airport car parking, petrol, gratuities, incidentals or any other ancillary items such as travel documentation or personal costs. All expenses charged to the room are at your expense and should be settled prior to departure.
d. Airfares are per person and are inclusive of fees, taxes and levies and are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Departure taxes paid direct are not included in the package price. Airfare pricing may fluctuate according to class availability and may affect the advertised package price. Hotel pricing is subject to seasonal fluctuations as determined by individual hotels.
e. The names of all passengers travelling must be advised at the time of booking.

4. CORRECT SPELLING OF NAMES/PASSPORT CHECKS
a. Please check and ensure that the names of the travelling parties which you supply to Leisure Rewards when making a booking are exactly as what appears on the travelling parties’ Passports.
b. Any name, initial or spelling changes will incur a fee. You will be advised of the fee at the time of making changes.

5. ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED
a. Once your international booking is confirmed you will be sent a cover letter advising that your booking has been confirmed. It will include an itinerary, a disclaimer, and taxes.

6. DOMESTIC BOOKINGS
a. Leisure Rewards must receive domestic booking requests at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the first date of travel. This is because we may have to wait for a 3rd party to issue tickets and then we need to send them to NZ.
b. You must phone, fax or email Leisure Rewards directly to redeem your Signature Homes Travel Reward Points and book Holiday Rewards. Full details of the booking procedure can be found on the signature homes website signaturehomes.co.nz, or by contacting Signature Homes on 0800 SIGNATURE
c. The names of all passengers travelling must be advised at the time of booking. Please check and ensure that the names you are using to make a booking with Leisure Rewards are exactly as per your Identification. Any name, initial or spelling changes after booking confirmation will incur a fee if airline tickets are to be reissued.

7. ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED
a. Once your domestic booking is confirmed you will be contacted either by email or phone and advised of the booking confirmation. Leisure Rewards will then post the Service Vouchers to you. The vouchers will be required upon check-in and will cover the cost of the service being used (including GST). Vouchers are not transferable.

8. AMENDMENTS
a. Leisure Rewards will assist with all bookings and booking amendments. The first amendment, excluding airline amendments, after confirmation of booking is free. Subsequent amendments thereafter will be at a fee of 12 Travel Reward Points per booking, with any additional charges being passed onto you. These include any supplier fees, e.g. airfare amendment fees.

9. DOMESTIC CANCELLATIONS
a. You will be advised of domestic supplier cancellation fees at the time of cancelling the booking.
b. If you wish to cancel a domestic booking you must phone Leisure Rewards and advise of the cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the service being provided. Specific cancellation fees will be advised at this time.
c. If you wish to cancel a domestic booking inside 72 hours, it will result in a 100% cancellation fee meaning all Travel Reward Points used in that booking only, and all cash top-ups used for the booking, will be forfeited. If you wish to cancel outside 72 hours prior to the service being provided, please phone Leisure Rewards to be informed of specific cancellation fees.
d. Domestic peak periods will incur a higher cancellation fee, anywhere up to 100% of your Travel Reward Points and all cash top-ups used for the booking. Peak periods include but are not limited to: Long Weekends, Public Holidays, and School Holidays including the Christmas/New Year period from 15 December to 15 January.
e. A refund of your Travel Rewards Points after the booking has been cancelled will not be processed until Leisure Rewards receives the service vouchers at Signature Homes, Your Holiday, Your Way Programme, c/- Leisure Rewards, Level 13, 33 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. You are responsible for delivering the service vouchers to Leisure Rewards.
f. No refund will be given on unused services. If there is an emergency and a doctor’s certificate is produced then many accommodation houses will refund.

10. FREQUENT FLYER/REWARD POINTS
a. Holiday Rewards may or may not accrue Frequent Flyer/Reward Points. The decision rests with the supplier and is not the responsibility of Leisure Rewards or Signature Homes.

11. INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATIONS
a. If you cancel an International booking more than 21 days prior to departure you will be charged 45 Travel Reward Points per booking and any other supplier or airline fees.
b. If you cancel fewer than 21 days prior to departure you will be charged up to 100% of the holiday cost meaning all of the Travel Reward Points used in that booking. You are advised to confirm any cancellation fees with the Leisure Rewards travel consultant when booking. We also advise you to take travel insurance to cover yourself in such an event.
c. Note: It is strongly recommended that your travel insurance policy include cover for cancellation charges incurred due to illness or other circumstances. For Travel Insurance ask your Leisure Rewards Travel Consultant. d. A refund of your Travel Reward Points after a booking has been cancelled will not be processed until Leisure Rewards receives the service vouchers at Signature Homes, Your Holiday, Your Way Programme, c/- Leisure Rewards, Level 13, 33 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. You will be responsible for delivering the service vouchers to Leisure Rewards.
e. No refund will be given on unused services.

12. FREQUENT FLYER/REWARD POINTS
a. Holiday Rewards may or may not accrue Frequent Flyer / Reward Points. The decision rests with the supplier and is not the responsibility of Leisure Rewards or Signature homes.

13. GENERAL HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS
a. Hotel descriptions featured are based on current information provided by hotel guides.
b. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards are not involved in the assessment of participating properties for the purpose of assigning a star rating. Such information is supplied by each property. Signature Homes and Leisure Rewards strongly suggest you ensure the level of accommodation meets your requirements before making your booking.
c. Any facilities shown as included are subject to change at any time without notice. If you have specific requirements, these must be specified to your Leisure Rewards travel consultant at the time of booking.
d. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the actual room you may end up occupying.

14. ROOM BEDDING GUIDE
a. Prices quoted are based on existing bedding in the room.
b. Requests for particular arrangements must be made at the time of booking, e.g. twin share, double bed. While Leisure Rewards will make every effort to assist, these requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
c. When a Triple Room is booked, this is usually based on existing bedding, which means in some cases adults will have to share the same bed. Three separate beds are not always provided.
d. The bedding guide is provided purely as a guide. It is subject to change at any time without notice.

15. VEHICLE RENTAL
a. Australia and New Zealand - All drivers must be over 25 years of age.
b. Specific vehicle models cannot be reserved. Any vehicle within the same category type may be supplied.
c. All additional charges relating to vehicle rental must be paid directly to the rental company at the time of vehicle collection. This may include items such as bonds, airport pickup/drop off fees, fuel, one-way fees (if applicable), fees for additional drivers, optional coverage such as Personal Accident Insurance, Personal Effects Insurance and Liability Insurance supplement.
d. There is no refund of any unused period of rental. Vehicles cancelled two days or fewer prior to commencement of the rental will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your Travel Reward Points and cash top-ups used for the rental of the vehicle.

16. LOCAL TOURS/SIGHTSEEING SERVICES
